Our strength is in the handling, separation, and processing of dry bulk materials. In general, for us to provide solutions to a certain market, the product must be dry, flowable, and have a bulk density of around 75 pounds per cubic foot or less. Our equipment is generally not well suited for wet or sticky materials, or materials that are stringy or tend to mat or agglomerate. Particle size can vary depending on the process and application, but in general, particles around 2-3 inches in diameter and less tend to work best with most of our equipment.

Our goal is to make your job as easy as possible. We are a small team, offering hometown service, but with the professional processes and technology you’d expect from a larger manufacturer. We are easy to work with, and our equipment and solutions are dependable, low maintenance, and easy to operate. The equipment is designed for ease of installation. We strive to minimize the time and effort required on your part, while maximizing your bottom line, and providing solutions for your customers that will keep them coming back for years to come.

We offer basic 3D modeling of systems (without details like spouting, blowpipe, and frames) at no charge as a part of the quoting process on your projects. This helps give your customers a visual of what they are buying and helps clear up any confusion and questions in the early stages. Once an order is placed, we keep you informed of progress, and we deliver on time, and to a high level of quality. We are here for support every step of the way during installation and start-up, and throughout the operating life of the equipment we build.
