We are happy to announce that we now offer powdercoating services.

Our main focus is on quality; in fact, if you are not satisfied with our finished product, we'll fix it for free.

We can handle any part that will fit into a 12 foot x 12 foot x 30 foot oven. We can coat any color in the rainbow.

We generally prepare parts for coating by sandblasting. We use a recyclable media that is actually better than sand for powdercoating preparation.

After the part is blasted, it then goes into the down draft powder booth where the powder is applied.

Finally, it is cooked in our oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

We have done many different types of parts, from handrail to parts for agricultural equipment. We will be happy to quote any part you may have.
