Paddle Drag Conveyors
Economical and heavy duty, our paddle drag conveyors are perfect when damage is less of an issue or on products not easily damaged. Many products can be successfully handled with paddle drag conveyors. A variety of different speeds and widths accommodate your specific needs.

Flex Augers
Flex Augers are excellent for handling small quantities. More versatile than traditional augers, flex augers can be "snaked" around existing equipment due to elbows and the ability to run on an incline. This economical and versatile handling solution enables processors to make changes to existing plants without the hassle of moving large equipment to make the changes.
Features: completely modular; parts can be easily replaced.
Shakers
Vibratory Shakers
Built to last, these heavy duty, high capacity units are used for cleaning purposes and are excellent for removing fines, dirt, sand, dirt clods, sticks, and other foreign materials from your product. With extremely high capacities, cleaning processes are much faster and more cost effective. The machines can also be used for sizing in some situations, offering higher capacities than many other types of shakers.

Sizing Shakers
Our sizing shakers, with heavy-duty eccentric bearings, can be used for scalping sticks and removing other foreign materials, or for specific sizing. With quick-change screens and easily removable ball trays, downtime for screen changes and clean outs is minimal. These shakers feature an open design, making each deck readily accessible.

Sizing Shaker
Gyratory Shakers
Great for sizing and screening situations when extremely accurate sizing is required, our gyratory shakers offer higher capacities than eccentric driven shakers and a smaller footprint for a given capacity. Screens can be end tensioned or quick clamps can be used for faster screen changes.

Peanut Shellers and Shelling Units
When it comes to shelling peanuts, no one offers more options and versatility. Our heavy duty shellers with helical bevel gearboxes and c-face motors are built to last.
Features: Wear points all have replaceable parts, ensuring the sheller will last for years. Sheller baskets (grates) are quickly and easily changed, minimizing downtime. A sample door is located on the unit for quick, accurate sampling. Sheller units have multiple shellers with built in aspirator and parallel deck sizing shakers. Capacity: any capacity accommodated as commercial shelling units range from 3 to 10 or more tons per hour. Units are extremely heavy duty. Designed for shelling several stages in one unit. Our "split" shellers offer more efficiency than competitors' full shelling units which allow later stages to run partially full. Our heavy duty one ton per hour unit is perfect for smaller capacity requirements and also features built in shakers and aspirators. These units include: easily removable ball trays so cleanouts are quick and easy.
Aspirators
Our aspirators, designed to separate products based on density, can be used to "air wash" many different products and remove foreign materials. Design options include outfall tanks with airlocks or augers, and vibratory feeders.

Our airlock styles include rectangle to rectangle, square to square, and round to round. Most units utilize shaft mount reducers and c-face motors with no chains or v-belts to maintain.

Forsberg Gravity Tables and De-Stoners
We offer Forsberg brand gravity tables and de-stoners. These high quality machines easily separate heavy and light materials
Forsberg G Series Destoners
Removes stones from products like peanuts and almonds and offers capacities from less than one ton per hour up to over four tons per hour. These "pressure" type destoners include a fan, and have available dust hoods.

Forsberg TKV Model Gravity Tables
Multiple product outlets. Superior separation and adaptable to different applications including reducing quantities of sound whole kernels in splits in addition to simple separations such as in-shell from shelled peanuts. Capacities range from 1-1/2 tons per hour to over 10 tons per hour.
